Mr. Phil Ellis the Executive Director of Community Action of Southern Indiana (CASI) is passionate about supporting our community. Since taking over as Executive Director in 2014 and under his leadership, CASI has increased it's funding sources with the addition of new programs, employed more staff, increased it's community partnerships and much more. His advocacy work was instrumental in CASI purchasing the Spring Hills Elementary School that will become our new facility in 2020.
